Eavestroughs hung with spikes and ferrules or hangers usually need cleaning every year. We remove the debris by hand, flush out the eavestroughs and downspouts with a hose, then tighten loose nails and hangers. You are told about any corners and joints that need sealing and any sections that need re-sloping.
Once the eavestrough is clean and resealed where needed, we recommend the Alu-Rex Gutter Clean System (5300 series) to stop the clogging for good. It sits on your existing eavestroughs and takes care and skill to install correctly.
